Job summary

Genuit Group in Aylesford is seeking a Production Operator to work on the injection moulding line. You will take products from machines, check quality, perform assembly or finish as required, and pack into bags or boxes for palletised storage.

Data is recorded in SAP, MATTEC and QUALITY DATABASE, with emphasis on timely production and strict quality control. You'll join a 40-hour, Mon-Fri shift pattern across three rotating shifts, with benefits including pension, life assurance, healthcare

Qualifications

• Reliable and able to work in a high-demand, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Willingness to train to use MHE (e.g., forklift).

Responsibilities

• Take products from injection moulding machines and place on tables.
• Check quality and perform assembly or finish as required.
• Pack products into bags/boxes with labels and palletise for storage.
• Enter data into SAP, MATTEC and QUALITY DATABASE (production bookings, downtime, scrap and quality checks).
• Move products to working progress or finished goods stores as appropriate.
