Job summary

Genuit Group is seeking a Serviceperson / Production Operator to move products from injection moulding lines, check quality, perform assembly as needed, and package finished goods for storage or dispatch. You will use IFS/EPICOR to record production data and support the Leader in organising labour across a rotating shift pattern.

Role requires licences for PTT, Flexi and Counterbalance MHE, strong communication, accuracy in data, and adherence to health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Hold licences for PTT, Flexi and Counterbalance MHE equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to problem solve under own initiative.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills to use IFS, EPICOR, and Quality Database.
• Knowledge of H&S and Environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production outputs are achieved on time and in full.
• Ensure quality standards are achieved at all times.
• Package products into bags/boxes with correct labels and palletise.
• Record data on relevant systems (IFS, EPICOR, Quality Database).
• Monitor production run-times and report overruns to the Leader.
• Assist the Leader to organise Operator labour effectively.
