Job summary

Trinity Industrial urgently seeks an experienced Machine Operator for its injection moulding production line. You will operate machinery, ensure targets and quality standards are met, and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Full training will be provided; candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious and able to perform repetitive tasks in a hot, busy setting. Shift pattern details apply.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience.
• Experience in an injection moulding environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery in an injection moulding environment.
• Meet production and quality targets to ensure smooth running of the process.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service.
• Follow all quality procedures and production standards.
• Monitor machinery and production processes and report issues promptly.
• Report machinery breakdowns to Maintenance and assist in resolving downtime.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and maintain clean, safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and work with other departments to meet objectives.
