Kier Group in Wymondham seeks a Trainer/Assessor to design, deliver and assess training for employees and supply-chain partners across the Eastern region. Based at the Training Hub, you will help learners gain recognised qualifications in highways and utilities sectors.

You will conduct competency audits, provide feedback, maintain learner records and collaborate with the Training Hub to plan resources and meet delivery needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in highway and utilities industries.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent in the field.
• Street Works accreditation and First Aid at Work.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and ability to tailor approach to learners.

Aufgaben

• Design and deliver engaging training that meets learning and business needs.
• Assess staff and partners working towards qualifications in training centre and workplace.
• Conduct competency audits and agree development plans with line managers.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and maintain accurate learner records.
• Collaborate with Training Hub to plan resources and meet delivery requirements.
