Role - Infrastructure Support Engineer (12 month FTC)
Location - Stoke-on-Trent
Salary - 40,000

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Previous experience working in an ICT service desk environment at 2nd, 3rd line - Essential
  2. Experience of managing people and projects to deliver effective ICT technology services - Desirable
  3. Experience of working as part of a team - Essential
  4. Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Cloud Hosting Systems (Azure), Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, LAN/WAN Networking - Essential
  5. Microsoft MCP, MCSA/MCSE or CompTIA A+ or BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners - Desirable
  6. Supporting and maintaining ICT Support - Essential
