Sopra Steria Ltd is seeking an infrastructure support specialist to help maintain secure, business-critical systems. You will work onsite in Hemel Hempstead for 6 months, then transition to the Hampshire area on-site, joining a 24/7 shift-based team focused on incident, problem, change and release management.
The role requires SC and DV clearance eligibility, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a structured environment.

Working as part of a 24/7 shift-based support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation, support, and continuous improvement of business‑critical applications. The role will involve incident, problem, request, and change management, with opportunities to contribute to testing, implementation, and operational process development.
Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent.
Location: Hemel full time for 6 months then transition Portsmouth Hampshire area full time onsite part of a 24/7 shift-based support team.
Security Clearance Level: Eligible for SC and DV.
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000.
Benefits: 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, life assurance, pension.
