Job summary

Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership seeks a Corporate Strategic Lead for Infrastructure to shape and deliver the capital strategy for health and social care facilities in Edinburgh. You will work with NHS Lothian and the City of Edinburgh Council to plan, fund, and deliver refurbishment, new build, and disposal projects for a workforce of around 5,000.

You will lead strategic planning, governance, and programme delivery with strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making

Qualifications

Experience of strategic planning and leading programmes and projects in a complex environment.
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable using data and evidence to inform planning decisions.
Experience developing and embedding governance structures to manage significant budgets.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a capital strategy to meet health and social care needs.
Drive a long-term plan for reviewing existing facilities and business cases for refurbishment, disposal and new builds.
Collaborate with NHS Lothian and City of Edinburgh Council and manage significant budgets.
Lead programmes and projects with strong governance in a complex public sector environment.
