Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a Corporate Strategic Lead for Infrastructure to drive a long-term capital strategy and manage facilities for around 5000 colleagues across Edinburgh.

The role sits within the Strategy division and involves complex governance, budgeting, and cross-agency collaboration with NHS Lothian and City of Edinburgh Council. Flexible working may be discussed; permanent contract, 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience of strategic planning and leading programmes and projects in a complex environment.
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using data and evidence to inform planning decisions and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a capital strategy to meet health and social care needs of Edinburgh's population.
• Lead the review of existing facilities and development of business cases for refurbishment, disposal and new build facilities.
