Job summary

Leeds United is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Security Engineer to become the Club's first dedicated cybersecurity specialist. You will embed security into infrastructure projects, manage vulnerability initiatives, and lead security across stadium development programmes.

Join a hands-on role focusing on securing critical systems, supporting major technology deployments, and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 security technologies.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Experience implementing MFA and Conditional Access.

Responsibilities

• Design secure network architectures for club and stadium environments.
• Support secure design and deployment of new infrastructure projects.
• Lead security across technology workstreams for stadium development.
• Manage vulnerability management program and patching.
• Develop and maintain identity and access controls (MFA, CA, PIM).
• Develop and test Incident Response and BCP/DR plans.
• Implement and monitor SIEM and security monitoring solutions.
• Support UK GDPR compliance and data security obligations.
• Conduct supplier security assessments and phishing simulations.
