Job summary

Omexom is seeking a Risk Analyst to support the Risk Manager across a portfolio of major infrastructure projects in the UK. You will help identify, assess, monitor and report risks, opportunities, assumptions and exclusions to support delivery and informed decision‑making.

You will maintain the ARM system and risk registers, coordinate monthly risk reviews and workshops, and prepare reporting for project governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, construction or energy sectors preferred.
• Experience supporting project risk management, project controls or PMO.
• Experience maintaining project risk registers or governance documents.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities across projects.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk Manager in delivering risk management across multiple projects.
• Maintain project risk registers and ARM logs, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery partners and stakeholders to manage risks, opportunities, assumptions and exclusions.
• Coordinate and support monthly risk review meetings and workshops.
• Ensure actions from risk reviews and workshops are progressed to completion.
• Support preparation of the monthly risk reporting pack and governance reporting.
• Contribute risk information for project meetings and client reporting.
