Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our in-house team in Wakefield. You will partner with Recruitment Business Partners and hiring managers to identify, attract and engage high-quality candidates for our infrastructure projects.

In this fast-paced role, you will source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct outreach, screen applicants, build talent pools and manage recruitment administration to deliver an outstanding candidate

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition.
• Skilled in sourcing candidates across vacancies, including direct sourcing.
• Experience screening and shortlisting against role requirements.
• Proficient with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Screen, shortlist and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Build and maintain talent pools for ongoing recruitment needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and collaborate with stakeholders.
