Hamilton Lane in London is seeking an Analyst to join the Infrastructure & Real Assets Investment Team. You will support deal teams across the investment process and help evaluate opportunities under senior guidance.

The role offers exposure to minority direct investments, co-investments, secondaries, and primary fund commitments, with advanced Excel/PowerPoint use and AI tools to enhance research. A strong, motivated analyst with 1–3 years in a related field will thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant private equity or infrastructure investment experience.
• Strong modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the investment process across due diligence and financial analysis.
• Build and review detailed transaction models and distribution waterfalls.
• Conduct market, sector, company, and fund-level research.
• Prepare investment memoranda and diligence materials.
• Coordinate information requests with sponsors, clients, and colleagues.
• Develop knowledge of infrastructure sectors and investment strategies.
