Job summary

StepStone Group is seeking an Analyst/Associate for its Infrastructure & Real Assets practice in London. You will support transactional and RI/ESG work, develop financial models, and help advise clients on infrastructure investments globally.

The role requires 2-5 years' experience in IB or related areas, strong written English, and a self-starter mindset to operate in a fast-paced global team and contribute to ESG due diligence and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IB, project finance advisory, transaction services, or equivalent with some relevant ESG experience.
• Relevant buyside and RI experience in FoF or GP would be considered transferable
• Experience in M&A, financings, or diligence processes with clear deal exposure
• Ability to produce high-quality business English writing

Responsibilities

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; build/modify sophisticated financial models, analyse statements, forecast, DCF, and comps.
• Prepare valuation bridges, sensitivity/scenario analyses, and write memos/presentations for clients.
• Interact with clients and prepare advisory materials as required.
• Support RI activities including ESG risk analysis and training on key issues for colleagues
