Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking an Analyst for its Infrastructure & Real Assets Investment Team in London. You will support the investment process across minority direct investments, co-investments, secondaries, and fund commitments, while learning from senior professionals and infrastructure sponsors.

You will help evaluate opportunities, contribute to memoranda and client materials, and assist with portfolio monitoring across sectors like data centers, renewables, utilities, and transportation.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, consulting, or a commercial role in infrastructure.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the investment process, including due diligence, financial analysis, investment committee materials, structuring and closing activities.
• Build and review transaction models, returns analyses, sensitivities and distributions waterfalls.
• Conduct market, sector, company, and fund-level research to support underwriting and monitoring.
• Use approved AI tools for research and document analysis, reviewed for accuracy before use.
