Job summary

StepStone Group seeks an Investment Operations Associate for its London-based Infrastructure & Real Assets team. The role delivers high-quality financial and operational services to client accounts worldwide, while maintaining a strong control environment.

You will collaborate with the SIRA investment team and shared services to support investments in infrastructure and real assets globally, coordinating with internal groups and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in investment management or financial services
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• CA or CPA qualified preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversight and coordination of client accounts through internal groups and third‑party providers
• Manage deal and investment settlement process including liquidity oversight
• Performance reporting including IRR, yield and attribution calculations and data analysis
• Management reporting
• Investor reporting
• Document, implement and improve firm-wide internal controls processes
• Support end-to-end investment processes including governance committees
