Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• Experience in a commercial role within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong contractual and financial awareness; advanced Excel/MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial resources and contract performance.
• Preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and claims.
• Monitoring costs and forecasting financial outcomes.
