Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Plymouth team on a diverse infrastructure portfolio across Highways, Rail, Water and Utilities. You will support pre- and post-contract commercial activities, with a focus on NEC contracts and cost management, in a hybrid working environment.

• Experience in infrastructure environments, with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts a plus.
• Ability to manage cost planning, cost control and commercial reporting.
• Experience across highways, rail, water, utilities or broader infrastructure preferred.
