Qualifications

• Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and contractual and cost management systems.
• Professional qualification such as MCIOB or MRICS, ideally incorporated member, working towards full membership.
• Good appreciation of standard forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating a safe working environment.
• Produce subcontract documentation and manage subcontract works packages.
• Produce and issue all commercial notices to clients and subcontractors.
• Manage change in accordance with the contract.
• Produce detailed monthly reports and Cost Value Reconciliations.
