Job summary

Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to support infrastructure schemes in Suffolk. You will provide commercial input across the full project lifecycle and collaborate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has UK construction experience, strong NEC contracts knowledge, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• UK construction industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Infrastructure project experience is essential.
• Good working knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management.
• Proactive approach and desire to develop your career.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support across the full project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost reports, valuations, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Administer and manage NEC contracts.
• Assist with procurement, subcontract management and change control.
• Work closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support the successful commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
