London Insurance Markets Specialist at Arcus Search

Arcus Search is proud to support a global, market-leading Specialty Insurer in searching for an Infrastructure Project Manager to join an innovative and forward-thinking IT Services team. In this role, you will maintain and deliver critical infrastructure services to the business on a global scale.

You will be joining them on a permanent basis and be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities of multiple Agile squads that comprise their IT Services value streams. As an energetic and driven Agile Delivery Lead / Project Manager, you will manage budgets, forecasts, actuals, timesheets, stakeholder management, and implement an Agile approach across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate activities of various squads, implementing Agile methodologies daily
• Deliver various Infrastructure and IT projects
• Utilize JIRA boards to facilitate Change Delivery
• Continuously improve Agile practices and processes
• Manage financial spend, resources, timesheets, and forecasts/actuals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals

What experience you'll bring:

• A strong background in delivering IT and Infrastructure projects
• Insurance experience is a plus - Specialty/London Markets highly desirable
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and others
• Proficiency using JIRA
• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, driven demeanor
