You will work with client teams and colleagues to drive delivery, manage complex programmes, and mentor the next generation of project professionals.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in infrastructure project/programme management across the lifecycle.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client objectives, budgets and schedules.
• Strong understanding of project controls and health & safety practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Capable of working in diverse environments with senior client representatives.
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into actionable delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver infrastructure projects within time, budget and scope.
• Create, modify and maintain project/programme plans.
• Lead teams, coordinate with clients and partners, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CDM requirements and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities and propose cross-service improvements.
• Develop and mentor junior team members and foster an inclusive culture.
