• Experience in planning and scheduling across major infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of GRIP and governance for railway projects is advantageous.
• Ability to monitor costs, safety, environment and performance reporting.

• Deliver Project Controls across infrastructure projects in London.
• Lead the programme controls function and manage resources.
• Ensure data standards in cost and performance systems.
• Prepare Investment Plan compliant with Investment Competence Framework.
