Job summary

Turner & Townsend, Bristol-based infrastructure team, is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager (Associate Director) to deliver end-to-end project controls for large transport and utilities projects. You will lead a multi-disciplinary controls group and drive governance, KPI-driven performance, and robust cost management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project controls within infrastructure, with proficiency in Primavera P6, Cost management, and strong leadership abilities to mentor

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience undertaking project control roles for the development and/or delivery of construction projects.
• Experience working within planning & scheduling, cost management.
• Experience with risk management, change control information management and reporting within complex projects.
• Working knowledge of proprietary cost management systems.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of specialists.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project controls services for large, complex projects with end-to-end delivery.
• Establish governance, processes and KPI-driven performance across the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional project controls team in a matrix environment.
• Monitor project finances, change control and reporting to client objectives.
• Ensure information flow supports on-time, on-budget project delivery.
