Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Project Controls Managers for major infrastructure projects in London and the South East. The role focuses on delivering controls across programmes, monitoring plans, costs, safety, and performance reporting, with leadership of the controls function in line with GRIP requirements.

The position involves coordinating with planning, cost, and construction teams, ensuring data quality, and maintaining robust control processes across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling and control in field and home office environments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with PC operating systems and common software.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and MS Office; knowledge of procurement and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project controls across infrastructure projects in London.
• Lead the programme controls function for a programme, ensuring accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety and performance reporting.
• Establish and maintain control processes in line with GRIP guidance and programme direction.
• Review new project proposals and develop realistic delivery plans and resource requirements.
• Provide day-to-day reporting support to Programme/Project Managers on plans, costs and performance.
