Job summary

OLIX Computing is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to build and lead the internal platform used by our hardware, ML, and compiler engineers. You will own compute, storage, networking, and CI/CD, defining security standards and operations from the ground up.

This high‑ownership role emphasizes maximizing engineering velocity, scaling IT functions, and developing a strong, secure infrastructure team. You will mentor engineers and partner with cross‑functional leaders to keep environments coherent

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading infrastructure, platform, or DevOps teams.
• Strong background in cloud computing, storage and networking.
• Experience designing scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Security by default mindset across infrastructure and IAM.
• Experience managing IT operations and device fleets at scale.
• Ability to define strategy and build from scratch in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with hardware, software and IT leaders.

Responsibilities

• Directing the team in provisioning automation, CI/CD pipelines, internal tooling, network design, and observability.
• Ensuring engineers are unblocked on build or connectivity issues while guiding IT functions as we scale.
• Championing a secure-by-default posture across all infrastructure and access points.
• Partnering with engineering leaders to keep the environment coherent and efficient.
• Translating bottlenecks into executable infrastructure strategies.
