Job summary

United Infrastructure seeks a proactive and highly organised Business Performance Manager to support the Operations Director within a fast-growing infrastructure business. This broad, hands-on role strengthens operational performance, governance, and growth across utility and social projects.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, managing the PMO, tracking risks, refining supplier relationships, and delivering insightful internal reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, PMO, or business management roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development, client engagement, and pipeline visibility.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and governance processes (PMO).
• Monitor project progress, risks, and resource allocation; support governance.
• Assist in supply chain management and supplier relationships.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Director and drive internal reporting.
