Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to support the CTOi, overseeing operations, strategic finance, workforce and vendor initiatives. You will drive cost reduction, consolidation and strategic delivery, partnering with Technology, COO, Procurement, Finance, Architecture and Risk teams.

You will develop business cases, define vendor strategies, provide executive reporting, and lead optimisation efforts to align with CTOi priorities and target

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving operational performance and commercial optimisation across finance, workforce and vendor management.
• Experience managing large vendor service arrangements, including T&M, managed services, hardware and software, with contracts of $50m+.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases to support delivery of strategic objectives.
• Define and execute long-term strategies for major vendors, commercial optimisation and infrastructure simplification.
• Provide clear executive reporting, decision support and risk insight for timely sponsor and senior-leader decisions.
• Lead optimisation planning and execution, aligning with CTO strategy and operational priorities.
