Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure across data centres and cloud, including Azure, Nutanix and Linux/Windows environments. The role covers design, deployment, security and 24/7 operational excellence, with a strong focus on automation and IaC.

This hybrid role combines virtual responsibilities and in-person work at a TU office location for at least two days per week. You will coach teams and drive continuous improvement in a global IT ops context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure operations across data centre and cloud environments.
• Experience managing infrastructure engineering/operations teams in a 24/7 service environment.
• Knowledge of security/regulatory frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and 24/7 operation of data centre and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Provide IaaS and PaaS capabilities to delivery and operations teams.
• Embed DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices for automated deployments.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, utilisation, capacity and plan for growth.
• Maintain accurate infrastructure diagrams, asset inventories and recovery plans.
