Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Engineering or related project management discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing large multi-project infrastructure.
• Knowledge of project management and NEC/FIDIC contract forms.
• Proven ability to mobilise and manage supply chain with design, planning and construction services.
• Chartered/APM/ICE/RICS qualification preferred.
• Right to work in Ireland and UK.

Responsibilities

• Understand NEC objectives and operation of NEC contract(s).
• Lead and manage project teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Establish and administer NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to capture requirements and approvals.
• Contribute to end-to-end execution planning and management.
• Advise on procurement and contract strategies; provide estimates of costs and time.
• Ensure integration of design, development, construction delivery, and commissioning.
