Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Belfast is seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to lead high-profile infrastructure developments. You will manage project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest industry standards.

The role requires deep knowledge of NEC contracts, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure programs. This permanent position offers a competitive package and career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing large or multiple infrastructure/capital projects and teams.
• Knowledge and experience of project management and contract management, including NEC3/NEC4/FIDIC or similar.
• Chartered/qualified with APM, ICE, RICS or equivalent, and right to work in Ireland and UK.

Responsibilities

• Understand NEC objectives and operate NEC contract(s) effectively.
• Lead, establish, manage and administer NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts.
• Manage client/stakeholder relationships to capture user requirements and meet schedules.
• Contribute to end-to-end execution planning, procurement strategies and cost/time estimates.
• Report project performance using project controls tools and ensure delivery to client requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality and value for money across design, development, construction delivery and commissioning.
