Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Belfast is seeking an experienced NEC Project Manager to lead infrastructure programmes. You will manage NEC contract administration, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure delivery on time and on budget to the highest standards.

The role requires strong project controls, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management with a proven track record on large projects. Rail experience is advantageous but not essential; right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant third level qualification preferably in Engineering or related Project management discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing large or multiple infrastructure/capital projects and teams.
• Knowledge and experience of project management, contract management (i.e. NEC3/NEC4, FIDIC), strategic planning and construction delivery.
• Chartered/qualified with APM, ICE, RICS or equivalent.
• Right to work in Ireland and UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead NEC PSC/ECC contract administration and manage project controls.
• Plan, coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Develop procurement strategies, assess proposals and manage supplier relationships.
• Report project performance using earned value and risk analysis.
• Ensure safety, governance and regulatory compliance across the programme.
