We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Team Lead to join our team. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to travel to our Reading office as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
2. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, support, and enhancement of our IT infrastructure, including Hyper-V, Windows servers, Microsoft technologies, and SolarWinds.
3. Hands-on Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues.
4. Project Management: Plan and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
5. On-call Support: Participate in an on-call rota, providing support outside of regular working hours as needed.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the infrastructure supports business objectives.
