Job summary

TML Recruitment partners with a leading UK-wide property practice to recruit for their Infrastructure Services division. The role involves managing land requirements and consultancy across local to national infrastructure projects.

You will guide clients on landowner interactions, oversee land referencing, notices, and compensation negotiations, and mentor graduate team members. An MRICS/AssocRICS qualification is required.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
• Strong project management experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise on infrastructure land requirements from local to national scope.
• Provide land consultancy for infrastructure projects.
• Guide clients on landowner interactions and negotiations.
• Oversee land referencing and statutory notices.
• Report progress to clients and mentor graduates.
