Job summary

TML Recruitment are partnering with a leading UK property practice to recruit for an Infrastructure Services role. You will manage infrastructure projects from routing to completion and provide consultancy on benchmarking and management systems.

Applicants should have MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications, strong project management, and excellent IT and interpersonal skills. The role offers a company car/allowance, a bonus, and generous holiday.

Responsibilities

• Offering advice and managing property requirements for infrastructure projects, local to national scale.
• Providing land consultancy for upkeep of existing infrastructure or installation of new equipment.
• Guiding clients on interactions with landowners and offering professional support.
• Overseeing land referencing, statutory notices, compensation negotiations, and rights acquisition.
• Communicating with landowners and addressing public inquiries.
• Assisting with broader projects across the organisation.
• Reporting progress to clients on project status.
• Supporting training and mentoring of graduate team members.
