Job summary

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications or working toward MRICS preferred.
• Experience in line management is beneficial.
• Strong project management skills across multiple projects.
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency with common enterprise tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to negotiate at all levels.
• Ability to self-manage to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Experience building relationships, networking and promoting the business.
• Outstanding prioritisation and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing land consultancy strategy and execution for infrastructure projects at local and national levels.
• Providing expert land consultancy advice and support to clients on project types, including maintaining existing infrastructure and installing new equipment.
• Managing land consultancy processes from planning through to completion (land referencing, statutory notices, compensation negotiations, reinstatement guidance).
• Liaising with landowners and advising clients on interactions, supporting stakeholder management and public inquiries.
• Reporting to clients via structured reports, KPI updates and regular communications.
• Negotiating and securing land and rights for project delivery (CPO/DCO processes).
• Assisting with wider business initiatives beyond direct client projects.
• Contributing to financial reporting at project and team levels, including invoicing.
• Supporting the development and mentoring of graduates within the team.
