First Recruitment Group is seeking an Engineer - Infills, Demolition and Trials Design Implementation to lead integration on a major infrastructure programme in Plymouth, Devon. The role requires liaising between design and on-site teams to ensure safe, compliant delivery of water-retaining structures, demolition activities and trials.

The candidate will review designs, QMS documents, RAMS and MARs, and provide technical support during implementation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of structural design and safety-critical systems.
• Experience reviewing engineering designs and supporting construction delivery.
• Familiarity with RAMS, MARs, and quality documentation.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support during implementation of approved designs.
• Serve as site contact for technical queries and design clarifications.
• Coordinate Designer Site Representative activities and stakeholder communication.
• Review inspection reports and escalate non-conformances as needed.
• Review ITBs, CRs, ITPs, ITCs for compliance with specs.
• Review RAMS, temporary works designs, and construction methodologies.
• Support NCR resolution and MAR approvals.
• Conduct construction surveillance and QA activities.
• Capture lessons learned for future designs and delivery.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, contractors, designers and end users.
