Responsibilities

• Support alignment of the Client’s Strategic Objectives with Infrastructure Plans and wider programme activities.
• Act as the Intelligent Customer for infrastructure programme requirements, ensuring solutions meet operational and strategic needs.
• Engage with Client stakeholders to understand capability requirements and align with priorities.
• Lead master planning, base optimisation strategies, and the development of delivery plans.
• Serve as the primary interface between future programme teams and the Client, facilitating communication.
• Liaise with compliance teams to understand asset condition and future infrastructure needs.
• Provide support across additional Client Areas of Responsibility as directed by management.
• Deliver regular progress updates, risks, and key developments to the management chain.
