Job summary

Assystem is seeking an Asst Head Infrastructure Future Programmes Lead in Scotland to align the end client’s strategic objectives with infrastructure plans and broader delivery programmes. You will act as the Intelligent Customer for current and future needs, coordinating with stakeholders and compliance teams.

The role requires strong project management, MS Office proficiency, outstanding communication, and experience in a nuclear regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure programmes.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and compliance teams.
• Demonstrated project management expertise in regulated environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organised and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Experience of working in a nuclear regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support alignment of client objectives with infrastructure plans and delivery programmes.
• Act as Intelligent Customer for infrastructure programme requirements.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand capability needs.
• Lead future programme master planning and base optimisation strategies.
• Interface between future programme teams and the Client.
• Liaise with client compliance teams on asset condition and needs.
• Provide progress updates, risks, and developments to management.
