DWS Group in London is seeking a Fund CFO Specialist – Assistant Vice President to lead the financial and operational oversight of strategic multi-asset alternative funds. You will coordinate NAV, investor reporting, audits and regulatory obligations, working with fund administrators, auditors and tax advisers to ensure accurate outputs.

The role emphasizes governance, control, and scalable processes across cross-border entities, with hybrid working arrangements in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience with alternative investment funds and fund structures.
• Knowledge of NAV, capital accounts and investor allocations.
• Ability to coordinate audits and regulatory reporting.
• Strong Excel, financial modelling and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting for assigned funds.
• Review NAV calculations, management and performance fee calculations, investor allocations.
• Coordinate annual audits and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor fund liquidity and treasury operations.
• Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisers and legal counsel.
• Support fund launches, restructurings and strategic product initiatives.
• Drive process improvements across finance and operations.
