Why are we recruiting?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Infrastructure Team as an Infrastructure Engineer to help us drive stability and improvements to our PayPoint Group’s IT Infrastructure while we continue to push forward with our next gen cloud technology and automation.
What will you be doing?
Infrastructure engineers will ensure automation of tasks is at the forefront of speed to deployment of new project work or existing improvements to the infrastructure.
The ideal person will have a proven track record in the installation, support and maintenance of advanced Windows and Linux Technologies and be able to demonstrate managing incidents through to resolution. They will be able to demonstrate an understanding of Infrastructure services to an elevated level for On-Premise, and In-Cloud technologies. Previous experience of working in the financial sector or an ability to provide examples of working in a service critical environment are advantageous.
As an Infrastructure Engineer they will be responsible for ensuring the Infrastructure Services meet all regulatory requirements, namely PCI DSS, ISO27001, and Cyber Security Essentials. This will include the introduction of standards to ensure conformity within the PayPoint environments.
