Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services.
• Familiarity with documentation and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve core infrastructure estate including Microsoft 365.
• Support infrastructure projects and manage incidents to root cause.
• Improve documentation and change management practices.

Skills

Strong Microsoft 365 experience

Hands-on Intune and device management

Experience with Windows Server

Knowledge of AD and Entra ID

Understanding of Nutanix and Veeam

Awareness of security in regulated environments
