Job summary

Arcas Technology Ltd in Manchester is recruiting an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support a modern Microsoft-based infrastructure. You will work across cloud, on-premises servers, networking and security in a broad internal IT environment, taking ownership of issues and projects from start to finish.

The role involves maintaining Azure and Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and endpoint management, plus virtualization, networking, backup and security.

Qualifications

• Broad internal IT environment experience across multiple technologies.
• Strong Microsoft cloud and on-prem infrastructure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy and identity services.
• Administer Windows Server infrastructure and virtualised environments.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability and security.
• Deliver upgrades, migrations and improvement projects.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
