This role offers a base pay range of £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery (80%)
   • Implementing projects for customers
   • Creating documentation
   • Project handovers to service teams
   • Implementing new technologies
2. Project Scoping, Planning & Training (20%)
   • Supporting staff development through training
   • Scoping and planning projects
   • Mentoring junior team members

Candidate Profile

We seek candidates with broad technological knowledge, excellent customer-facing skills, and effective communication. A passion for troubleshooting and delivering high-quality solutions is essential.

Requirements

• Relevant networking, infrastructure, and Microsoft certifications (CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, VCP)
• Experience with Microsoft 365/Azure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), VOIP systems, security solutions, Windows Server, SAN storage, RDS, networking, endpoint support, and soft skills like communication and organization.
