Job summary

itjobboard.co.uk is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and develop a modern IT environment. You will work across servers, networks, cloud services, cyber security, audio-visual systems and educational technologies, acting as an escalation point for complex issues.

This role offers hands-on technical work, project involvement and strategic responsibility with hybrid working from Central London – King's Cross.

• Manage, support and improve IT infrastructure across servers, networks and cloud environments.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Support Azure/cloud services, networking and security.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, resilience and security.
• Act as a technical consultant on IT projects.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to future technology planning.
• Support and mentor colleagues within the IT team.
• Work with users and stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure technology solutions.
