Job summary

Xcede is recruiting a Technical Programme Manager to drive a major infrastructure recovery and technology transformation programme in London. You will lead delivery across multiple workstreams, including infrastructure management, backup and disaster recovery, and cyber resilience, reporting to senior stakeholders.

The role requires technical credibility and a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure transformations, TSA/separation programs, and complex estates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large infrastructure recovery or transformation programs.
• Demonstrable credibility on cyber resilience, backup and disaster recovery.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to complex environments.
• Exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple workstreams: infrastructure management, backup and disaster recovery, cyber resilience, TSA exit and technology separation.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and manage expectations across the programme.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Engage with networking, API and third-party initiatives as part of the technology transformation.
