Job summary

Xcede Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to drive infrastructure recovery and cyber resilience for a major international telecoms and network organisation. The role reports into senior stakeholders and spans multiple workstreams across infrastructure, backup, and security domains.

Based in London with remote-first arrangements and ad-hoc office visits, you will coordinate delivery managers, solution architects and engineering teams, turning ambiguity into structured

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure transformation.
• Cyber recovery / cyber resilience experience.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery expertise.
• Infrastructure security knowledge.
• Data centre, cloud or network transformation experience.
• Complex/legacy technology estates familiarity.
• TSA, M&A or technology separation programmes exposure.
• Experience supporting a major cyber incident or ransomware recovery would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple workstreams with senior visibility.
• Coordinate Technical Delivery Managers, Solution Architects and engineering teams.
• Provide senior stakeholders with clear progress, risks, dependencies and priorities.
• Bring structure to ambiguous, technically complex environments.
• Demonstrate technical credibility beyond planning.
