Job summary

Turner & Townsend is expanding its Cost Management team in Yorkshire, offering hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on administering contracts, monitoring costs, forecasting, and collaborating with client and contractor teams on major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost management for infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of contract administration and NEC3 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts and monitor costs against objectives and budgets.
• Provide cost forecasts and reporting to project teams.
• Analyse cost variance and manage cash flow with client and contractor teams.
