  • You’ll track activity progress, out‑of‑sequence work, and procurement of owner, developer, and contractor‑furnished equipment, assessing impacts to procurement plans and site need‑by dates.
  • You’ll prepare independent schedule analyses and forecasts, including completion dates, cost and cashflow implications, risks, and earned value metrics to support informed decision‑making.
  • You’ll identify schedule issues, perform time‑impact and recovery analyses, propose mitigation plans, and review schedule changes in coordination with project and regional leadership.

You’ll produce and maintain accurate project and program deliverables such as narratives, health reports, milestone and procurement reports, executive summaries, and ensure data integrity and stakeholder alignment across all scheduling systems.
