Job summary

Umicore is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager for our Infrared coatings and filters market at the Dundee site. You will own account management, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer partnerships.

You will build multi-level relationships across customers and suppliers, lead technical and commercial engagements, and shape growth strategies with market analysis and strategic planning. Occasional travel across Europe and North America.

Qualifications

University degree in science, engineering, commercial sciences or business administration.
Experience in B2B sales in manufacturing or optics is preferred.
Strong business communication and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Own and grow the sales pipeline for infrared coatings and filters.
Build and maintain multi-level customer and supplier relationships.
Lead technical and commercial engagements to translate needs into value propositions.
Develop market penetration and go-to-market strategies to expand share.
Analyze market trends, competitors and opportunities to inform strategy.
Collaborate with marketing and external partners on campaigns and capability awareness.
