Job summary

Scale AI is seeking an Infrastructure Software Engineer for the Apps Platform in London. You will help build and evolve deployment and observability layers across cloud providers and on‑prem environments, focusing on cloud‑agnostic infrastructure and robust deployment pipelines.

You will collaborate with internal teams to understand deployment needs, debug issues, and shape a roadmap balancing immediate needs with long‑term architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying enterprise solutions across cloud and on-prem.
• Deep expertise in infrastructure design, networking, VPNs, load balancers and firewalls.
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or CircleCI; GitOps deployments.

Responsibilities

• Expand deployment footprint across multi-cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Ensure fast, secure, and reproducible deployments across CSPs and on‑prem.
• Improve platform observability for internal and customer deployments.
• Lead architecture reviews and own projects end‑to‑end from design through deployment.
